This is a decent place to stay in a prime location, close to Reina Sofia and Atocha Station. The price was kind of high for what it is though. Overall, it was a good experience.

Overall it was good. However the stairs in my room post a hazardous condition. You don't expect the stairs built so close to the entrance of the bath room. I almost fell three times in the first night. My wife actually fell on the floor. Luckily, she was OK. Otherwise, our whole vacation would be ruined. I would not recommend this property for seniors at all.

The elevator did not work we must carry our luggages by stairs from 4th floor to zero floor. This is a terrible experience. And did not have any staff help you and without any notification. It absolutely should be deleted from your list.
