I enjoyed a lovely night at Sercotel Madrid Aeropuerto. The ambiance was fancy, and the amenities were top-notch. The only issue was that the air conditioner took a while to be fixed, but the staff was responsive and accommodating. The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it!

Lobby and staff were great. Staff was very nice letting us in early. The staff is the reason I give this hotel 2 stars. Very friendly. However, the room was gross. Dirty walls, sticky floors, towels just thrown everywhere in the bathroom. The room was loud, could hear everything on the floor, doors shutting, people talking.. Windows let the dogs bark all night. The restaurant has a small limited menu that is over priced for the value. The meals are not good at all, we had pizza and the burger and were not impressed. I would not stay here again for the price. Disappointed.

An airport hotel but we arrived at midnight to no food, no tea/coffee or other beverages. Mini bar had one bag of nuts & a can of olives. No restaurant open before our shuttle left in the morning. Staff good but no amenities available. Not his fault.
