"Room was clean, water pressure was great. Close to metro and bus stops for easy transportation on the tourist card. Front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpfull. The common areas look and feel quite dated but the room was fresh, modern and clean If I am in Madrid and don't plan on staying in the hotel much just like this trip... then I will be back to NH Madrid.
