"Very bad customer support, never mentioned they have two building of the same name . My parents visited and they are very old , no body guided them , they were going back and forth in the sunny weather, no one offer bottle of water even . They lost their wasn’t able to make contact with them . Whole family worried living in different countries, found them after 3 hours. This property shouldn’t be on Expedia platform"
