"Quest was clean and the staff was friendly and reactive when I lost both of my keys on Christmas Day. Ugh, could've been a nightmare, but I was back in my room within 5 minutes of calling the help line. Beautiful view of the Remarkable Mts and walking distance to grocery, shopping and restaurants. "Property was good. Nice and quiet. The rooms were a little disappointing. The second floor had a very unusual smell that was not favorable. When we walked into our room the smell Intensified. We thought it would air out over the course of our stay. After the second day it was complete unbearable. It smelled like someone had cooked fish and left it in the sink or something. "It was odd that reception was not staffed from 8PM to 8AM, but they had an excellent system to manage our arrival after 9PM and departure around 7AM, and they also stored our baggage until after our morning excursion. Overall we were very happy with it!"

"Great to have full cooking, laundry facilities when staying for longer periods. Great location, facilities, just so disappointing the parties held at other apartments aren't managed. Loud, underage, uncontrolled parties are not desirable when we paid the amount we did."

Good value new hotel about 10 mins from Queenstown

"Located in Frankton, Sudima was convenient for us as we flew home the following day. There were some shops nearby and a few eateries but we chose to drive into Queenstown for dinner. The hotel was quite new; the rooms and public areas are comfortable and in good condition, the staff are helpful. Breakfast was average in quality, with definite room for improvement. Fresh juice self serve machine was a big plus. Overall, we were happy with the experience.Despite being near the airport, we heard no noise. "

"Had a lovely 3 night stay here. Ate at the restaurant twice and it was delicious. Staff were lovely. Room was spacious. Only downfall was the hill to get to the accommodation. We felt like we needed to drive down to the main area of Queenstown, and parking in Queenstown is not great and all paid. Parking at the hotel is a first come first served basis and basically luck of the draw. This could be better managed."
