"Huge rooms and location was close to the ferry. Staff were lovely. Outside of the hotel us looking a little worn but inside is lovely. There’s steps and a bridge to get over the room which is a little tricky if you have a pram etc. if using the buses to get around. "

" My stay at the Caravel Hotel was an excellent experience and I can’t say enough good things about it and the staff. The manager Joao was able to help us out with our last minute reservations. The front desk Andy and Harvey were incredibly friendly and helpful with our questions about the room. When we need an ironing board and iron. I was shocked on how quick the response was. My girlfriend forgot her ring in the bathroom when we checked out. Sandy from housekeeping quickly returned it to the front desk and Andy called us about it. The hotel was great but the staff is what really made our stay a memorable experience. Thank you very much"
