"Front desk staff was friendly and pleasantly surprised me with a stunning room with a balcony. The view was amazing and memorable. Love the interior decor of hotel with its charming mix of colonial and modern simplicity, which sets it apart from the artificiality of Vegas style hotels. Overall, a lovely stay and will remember it for my next visit to Macau."

"Standard gambling hotel property. Large, clean rooms that are a bit impersonal but have all the basics incliding a comfy bed. Robes and a full selection of toiletries provided. Front desk people were surly and unpleasant at both check in and checkout. Hotel on the upper end of the strip but that made it peaceful. Walkable to the ruins and Senator Square and the bigger, more popular casinos at the bottom of the strip. Not a lot of dining choices around the property, but there is an in-house restaurant and café (didn't look interesting so i didn't try). It's very close to the outer harbour ferry terminal which is a bonus. Overall a good place to stay except for the cold staff. "

"Great hotel but out of the way for convenience. That's the only drawback. Besides that the restaurant and all the staff at the hotel are awesome. "

"Spacious and clean"

"The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to both the airport and train station. It's also within walking distance of popular attractions like Ruin of St. Paul’s (Da San Ba). The staff are exceptionally warm, kind, and welcoming, making your stay feel special. The only drawback during my visit was the ongoing road construction in front of the hotel and building development nearby."

"Excellent hotel"

"Staff spoke little English but were helpful when assistance was needed. Family room was spacious. However the sofa bed was uncomfortable and cannot be sleep on. Sore spine and terrible pain. Definitely not recommended for sleeping. "
