"The hotel and rooms are very clean with daily housekeeping. The hotel is close to bus and metro stations which helps in getting around. The people in reception speak English and are very friendly and helpful. My only issue with the hotel is the issue with the TV ( can’t watch TV) without chrome cast. Also, room has no microwave."

"The property was amazing. It was so clean and tidy. The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! The only issue is with limited transportation! There is a bus stop right next to the property but the bus timings are only half an hour once during day times and 1 hour once during the night! Apart from that there is a Metro station which is 1.2kms...

"The air conditioning would not turn on, there was no fan & the windows would not open for fire safety reasons. This was on the 6th or 7th floor with heat rising made it unbearable. I would never stay here again due to it being ridiculously hot at 23:00. The staff was very kind & understanding & gave me a fan from the managers desk at 2315. I shouldn’t have to complain about this. "

"The women who work there were absolutely wonderful and kind. They even told me to contact them if I had any hiccups with the train. For anyone who books here there are limited hours for check in but there is a number you can call and they will arrive quickly. Make sure you have you cell data sorted out so you can call them. I arrived after checkin time and was able to check in quick . Room is a bit room but clean and looks recently refurbished as now it has air conditioning .
