"The property is beautiful. However, the management has some serious issues. You can’t find the one person who is working, they leave at 6pm and lock the facilities. We booked the best suite three months in advance. 3 days before they told us they booked a wedding and would give us our first night free. They did in the smallest hobbit room ever. Still waiting for our refund as I write. No customer service. "
