"Lovely, simple, comfortable hotel with a cosy, authentic feel. The room was comfortable (great beds and plenty of room) and everything very clean and well cared for. Our room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the street and it was very, very noisy for much of the night. Guests who are light sleepers might want to request a room facing the back."

Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. "Service really good. I booked last minute requested a crib and after 10 mind I got a message that everything was ready for my arrival. King bed really comfortable. Only bad thing is that a guest activate the alarm at 3 am in the morning and me and my family were not able to sleep again ;( the technicians came to the floor ans checked properly until discovered it wasn’t real fire"
