"We had a fantastic stay at Aqua Boracay! The hotel is clearly new and as it’s on the other, less developed side of the island, it benefits from a lot more space. This means the pool area is as stunning as the pictures and was a real treat to chill there. What really stands out is the service as every colleague is genuinely friendly and welcoming. They are consistent in their greeting and desire to help, no matter the time of day. We had a nice room which was spacious and nicely laid out, and was only one of the lower spec rooms so if you bag a suite then you’re in for a treat! The hotel is about a 5 min walk to D’Mall and no more than 10 mins to the beach at station 2, so isn’t in the main action but close enough to be there quickly and step away from the chaos to a quieter resort. The hotel also offers an hourly shuttle to and from D’Mall if you need it. Other than being in a quieter location the only other watch out the beach on this side is less developed and mainly for Kite surfers. If you want to relax at the beach and hire sun lounger / gets drinks then you’ll need to go to the main side of the island. This also meant it was very windy! It’s great that no one can smoke on their balcony but our only improvement would be that our room was at back of complex, near the smoking area, which meant we got the rancid smell of smoke every time we left our staircase (not in room) so would be good to give smokers these rooms as smell is awful. Overall a great stay at Aqua Boracay! "

"Beautiful hotel with a private beach. Clean and away from the crowds. Staff very friendly. The receptionist Nick and Kyle were very accommodating. I received perks for being a VIP expedia user! Breakfast buffet selection was great! My family enjoyed our stay!"

"While I haven't experienced other Hennan hotels, I must say that Hennan Palm Boracay ranks among the finest resorts I've visited, including those in Riviera Maya and Cancun. Although not all-inclusive, we opted for the all-inclusive breakfast option, which I highly recommend. The breakfast restaurant offers breathtaking views. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, consistently striving to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay. Areas for potential improvement: The presence of numerous vendors outside the hotel in Station 2 can be somewhat intrusive, though I understand it's their means of livelihood. While generally respectful after a polite refusal, their persistence can be a minor inconvenience. Thankfully, they are not permitted to approach guests on the beach or within the hotel grounds. The unpaved access road to the hotel lobby presents a slight challenge. While I understand this is a matter for the local government, perhaps the hotel could explore options for improvement."

"The beach is just right in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet has variety of options. The dinner seafood buffet is awesome and entertainment is excellent. The room is very clean with high end toiletries. "
