The management a complete disaster; the people on site are trying their best but there is not too much that they can do if the place is not ready for providing the service that they are selling. "I had a lovely lady called Hajar from the restaurant and every morning she would bring me and my mum breakfast to our room even when i couldnt be bothered to go downstairs for breakfast she would go out her way and bring me and my mum breakfast every morning outstanding service and asset to the hotel its rather to find staff that go over and belond in service. "

"The decor and staff are wonderful. It is also in a great location. The breakfast is not as good as it used to be, however. It used to be in the main dining room and included a lively scrambled egg dish. Now only hard- boiled egg plus a lot of bread and some fruit. So please make breakfast better. Plus room number 4 is quite noisy. I would choose another for sure."

"The hotel staff are especially thoughtful and supportive, the breakfast of Moroccan tradition was hearty , convenient access to either the medina or the main street to the marina and beach. Across the street is a very good restaurant for evening food. The hotel restaurant has beautiful view of the harbour. "

"Nice hotel, convenient location in the new part of town. Lovely beach across the street. Make sure you book a room with sea view. You will not be disappointed. You can even see the Spanish coastline (Tenerife) in the distance from your room. Too bad the hotel pool wasn’t open. I was there in January and had the pool been open, cleaned and heated I would have definitely used it. But I understand that it was winter temperatures in Morocco. For me as a Canadian it was like Spring. "
