Nice Place to be based out of during our trip
Very nice area downtown, Breakfast and dinner restaurant on the 12th floor had a nice view of the harbor and beach. Nice area as the upscale mall, is part of the building. Beds were very comfortable and hotel was modern, had a decent size gym with all the essentials.

Generally great hotel, would give it a 4 star rating. But I booked it specifically for the rooftop pool facility. However it was closed for time we were there due to repair work, which was hugely disappointing for my kids. The information that the pool will be closed wasn't disclosed at the time of booking the hotel. I asked for a partial refund which was denied. So not very helpful service in case there is an issue.

The worst experience I have ever had in a hotel, they had to change our room twice .the staff took forever to respond to our inconvenient stay . Over priced for the quality of the rooms and service . Horrible experience
