"Had an amazing week. All the staff are very friendly and provide excellent service whether at the restaurants, pool, rooms etc. We ate at Olives a few times and prices are very reasonable and nice food too. The view is amazing. And nice to be a little further out as much quieter. Only 15 minutes walk to Karnak temple. "

The only thing that threw me off was when I got there they made me pay for an extra person, which is ridiculous cause why does it matter that there’s two people in one room because I accidentally hit one person so be careful of that. Breakfast was amazing and other than that the staff was very helpful."

"We spent only one night at this hotel but it was worth it! Very spacious, comfortable. It had a beautiful view on the roof top. Room was very neat and organized. I’ll add the room air conditioner was not so cold but it felt fresh enough to rest. There was a spa that really helped me relax from all my visits through Egypt this was extra charge but they offered so many options that you can pick. Staff in general very kind and offered a good service. I liked they were so flexible with breakfast, we had to leave earlier in the morning and they packed our breakfast. We were so satisfy with the service. "
