"We stayed 5 nights in Feb. 2025. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you. The Luxor and Karnak are very, very close if you are willing to walk. In addition, one of Luxor’s bazar is by the entrance. A couple of beer and liquor stores are just outside around the corner. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of choices. Lunch and dinner are excellent too. You can arrange for balloon ride with the reception at a very competitive price."

"The hotel, staff, service we received and hotel grounds were just fantastic. The only gripe we have/had, was that we couldnt walk out of the hotel grounds without being pounced upon (not literally!). Taxis, people with boats, horse and carriages all waiting and pestered us to buy their service. We like walking and can cope with some harrassment, but felt like we couldnt walk out of the hotel grounds, which was a shame. Otherwise, brilliant holiday with this hotel. "
