"Stayed one night before a morning flight. Hotel is close to the airport( the closest hotel). Perfect for an overnight before a flight. Room was comfortable and clean, shower was excellent, breakfast was ok, and included in the price. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again, very convenient for Luton Airport."

"They cancelled by booking and sent me to another sister hotel only to find it closed and padlocked up. No notification from the hotel or Hotels.com or Expedia. No response to phone calls, emails before re confirmation of the move or complaining afterwards. Appalling customer service from all parties...and i've been in the industry 20 years."

"Really friendly and courteous service, despite us checking in at 3am. Room was spotless and the breakfast the following morning was a perfect start to the day after a good sleep. Staff were so polite and helpful, I'd have absolutely no issues staying here again. Thanks Team!!!"

"Unfortunately its an old hotel requiring refurbishment, rooms are dirty, mould on the windows, air con that you have no control over and bugs found in the bathroom. Wouldnt recommend a stay here"
