"This motel is a good locally owned and operated budget option in Lusaka. It offers a very pleasant courtyard, good restaurant with limited menu, and clean, basic room. Location is not too far from the center, though Lusaka is not a good town for walking, and there are nor restaurants, bars, etc. near the property. I stayed here twice, and the TV reception was poor in each room. Also some problems with WI-FI on the first stay."

"The place was awful. The shower only dripped water. Weak WiFi. An air conditioner that could only be turned on manually, remote to stop the air from blowing on you didn’t work. The electronic key didn’t work and breakfast was lame. The worst part was the main guy said he would refund my money for two nights (I left after one night and planned for 3) and he never did. He lied to me. "

The location at 5 minutes from the main road allows for a quiet ambiance combined with the perks of being close to the road. "I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk."
