"I booked my stay when i arrived in Lusaka late at night. When i got to Acamms the receptionist was refused for me to stay there although i had a receipt from Expedia from my email. Long story short i had to find an alternative hotel in the middle of the night in Lusaka. I contacted Expedia on the 13th about getting a refund and up to now they are still getting in touch with Acamms. So bad service from both Acamms and Expedia. Book at your own risk."

"There are two Kakwele Lodges. The one we stayed at was further from the airport in a back street of Lusaka, about a 20 minute drive. We were charged $15 for each of the 4 journeys to and from the airport, which I considered to be excessive. The room at the lodge was adequate, but a little cramped (especially the shower). Lighting was dim with no bedside or desk light. There were broken loose tiles around the small pool. Service was friendly but less than prompt. Although we had only one of...

"Very comfortable stay in the CBD very convenient in terms of movement in and around the city. The airport shuttle arranged by hotel is very comfortable and convenient. Rooms are nice and spacious with clean bathroom. Breakfast spread is also good with options. Overall a good comfortable stay . "

"We love staying at the Neelkanth Sarovar—it is such a lovely hotel—in fact, I would argue it’s the very best in Lusaka. The deluxe rooms are so spacious and comfortable with a separate seating area and a kitchen, including a cooktop for preparing small meals. I also appreciate the washer with a semi-enclosed balcony for hanging our clothes to dry. This is my 4th or 5th time to stay here, and I’m sure I will stay at the Neelkanth Sarovar again the next time I’m in Lusaka. "

"The place is clean and far better than your average backpacker accommodation. The location was perfect for me, as I needed to be near the International Conference Centre. It is in quiet and easily accessible location. The only downside was that there was no hot water in my en-suite room during my two-day stay. I was informed it would be fixed, but unfortunately, it wasn't resolved before I checked out. I had to use a general shower next to my room. However, they did compensate me with a late checkout, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a great place with excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. "
