"It’s a very nice apartment with underground car park. The parking alone is a great usp in Lugano. Modern, clean and equipped with all you. There is even a Nespresso machine with some tabs. However, you should bring your own coffee tabs as I didn't like the ones offered - but that is a question of personal taste. Full kitchen, fridge, freezer, water kettle etc.. Full five stars. We enjoyed our stay there. If I would make recommendation I would invest in a new mattress. The one there is too soft...

"The apartment itself is fine and the view is great. Unfortunately it is located on a busy road with no sidewalk that opens directly on to the road. Do not stay here with small children. It is not safe. The building is also very old with no elevator. The washing machine was not functional and we had 2 power failures during a 2 night stay."

"Good place to stay if your'e on a budget and want to be quite central in Lugano. You have a small balcony with the view of concrete walls. Sleeping in the sofa/bed works but of course not the best. If you are on the heavier side, you will feel the steel pipes on your back. Internet via Wifi did not work at all, sent a mail to the owner the same day I arrived, three days later still not working, however 5G worked really good, I had over 300 Mbit over 5G.
