A great location with a 10/10 view of the lake. I would say earplugs are essential even if you consider yourself to be quite a deep sleeper. I now understand why they were available for free at the reception. Also, bring a pair of slippers. A good choice for a short stay and the free breakfast was of a reasonable standard, but had very limited options for those with specific dietary requirements.

Fantastic, family run hotel that really understands customer service. Everything was perfect: the hotel is very charming, the location is amazing, the rooms are clean, airy, comfy, the breakfast is varied, delicious, the staff (concierges Laura, Elizabetta) is nice, polite, and accomodating. This was a perfect location for our family. The boat that the transport around the lake was in front of hotel. Winter market and restaurants close by and varied. The hotel itself and our room was well designed for our family vacation. The hotel breakfast was great. I suggest that you stay at this hotel on your holiday. Thank you Walter au Lac
