Summers Inn is a nice motel. The staff at the office and the breakfast area were very nice and polite. The bathroom in the room was small. Which is typical for the older motels. But, it was very clean. Breakfast was handled differently than most motels. You chose what you wanted the night before along with a time to eat the next morning. Worked great in my opinion.

I loved the home type feeling of this place and was so nice and calm. I was really looking forward to the homemade breakfast. The idea of having the quiche was somewhat I was looking forward too. However, the option to not be able to remove an item such as broccoli or tomato was not very happy about that. I would stay here again if ever in this area again.

Really beautiful landscaping (with a koi pond!) and decor, artfully lit at night, but could be more practically lit, especially at the step between the sidewalk and the parking lot. On the whole a very nice stay.

We LOVED the pond/garden area. The fish were fun to watch. The breakfast was delicious and the young man, David was so polite! We would recommended this hotel t to anyone.

The Summers Inn was a great place to stay before catching the Badger ferry the next morning. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast tasty and the staff friendly. We would stay here again.

The property is a hidden gem. Love supporting small businesses which I assume this is. Price was very reasonable when including breakfast and an outside courtyard with koi pond. At first entering my room I was a little disappointed, as it takes one back to a bygone era. But everything one needs is included. The room was extremely quiet, bedding and towels were clean and comfortable. Parking is literally right outside your door, no stairs, elevators, or finding your car in a large lot. Breakfast was excellent and the staff are warm and friendly.

The rooms are very small but this place is clean, the staff was so nice, the breakfast was gourmet, and the koi pond was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom is far too small and the full breakfast is either a piece of quiche and fruit or some kind of Fruit and yogurt bowl. Beds were comfortable but after showers you could not get the humidity out of the bathroom or room

A very nice, clean, safe place to stay. Just a few walkable blocks to all of downtown Ludington shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. The only thing that I found as a negative was the bed was too hard.
