"Very comfortable lovely warm clean rooms the only thing that lets it down is the lengthy wait to get in the room even though booked in the night before should have more staff on at reception at peak times"

"Very clean and super comfy! Bathroom was immaculate!! Generally staff were excellent apart from one in Restaraunt for breakfast who looked very tired! Otherwise excellent stay really enjoyed it and would definitely use again! "

"A friendly smile of welcome with a brief explanation of all facilities and meal timings. Checked the car in and given directions to our room. Room was clean and modern. Everything that was supposed to work, did so. The bed was comfortable and the shower powerful. Breakfast had a good selection of fruits, cereals and cooked food. Juices, tea and coffee available and all well stocked. We are planning to return in November. "

"Loved the reception staff nothing too much trouble. We arrived back from our show quite late so no food asked reception for room service but as can’t eat bread sandwiches were a nono for me but sandwiches were delivered for my partner and sandwich fillings for me absolutely delicious and complementary too. We will be back to see you again "

"Check in very good and quick. Parking a bit hit and miss and would expect there to be problems if the hotel was full. Very clean room and excellent bathroom. Everything worked as it should. Would stay here again without a second thought."
