"Second stay with our french bulldog We stayed on Christmas Day / Boxing Day for the Pink Coconut Reunion at the Palis Nightclub Check in was quick and the receptionist can remember her name but she is South American was lovely and really helpful Hotel is in a fab location in the city centre we had everything on the doorstop It’s also pet friendly which is great over as we often travel with our dog Hotel was very quiet but it was Christmas Day Our room was huge with a nice seating area and lovely powerful walk in shower Would definitely stay again "

"The facility is excellent with modern rooms, great staff gym and steam availability. Will certainly go there again. My problem is that the entering the postcode into my satnav dumps you in a pedestrian- only access, the joining details are totally inadequate and we spent a lot of time on finding the access point. But that apart great value and great people. Just help us all get there!"

"Really good! Love hotel, very clean and fresh. Fantastic beds. Great service at the bar, easy check in / out. Gym clean and good for hotel gym, 24/7 too. Had to leave 6.30am so didn’t get up have breakfast. Would def go back "

"An excellent hotel - beautiful decor , attentive and welcoming staff and lovely restaurant area . Good breakfast selection too. Worthwhile to pre- book parking as spaces are limited but the car park is clean , safe and secure . I would highly recommend staying here and will return myself . "
