"Our second stay at this property and despite it being just before a refurbishment this time, it was a lovely experience with plenty to do for the kids, easy to access other parts of the island and courteous staff that made it easy to holiday there as a single parent. The gym facilities are ok but not great - they did just fine with some creativity. Some confusion initially with dining as it wasn't clear that there was a team that worked out seating for you - their access point was a bit hidden but once we worked out they would find tables for us, it was really easy too. Excellent cleanliness and great service."

"Excellent location in Costa Teguise close to lots of restaurants, bars, bus stops and beach. Nice pool area that gets sunshine all day and loungers always available. Assorted entertainment in onsite pub every night and poolside activities and music. Fantastic selection of different cuisines and dishes at the buffet restaurant and all the staff - from cleaners, restaurant, entertainment and front desk - very professional, polite and friendly. Impeccable service. Small, very basic gym. Had a huge room and bed overlooking the main beach. Unfortunately the patio didn't receive any sunshine at all throughout day and was chilly in the wind. Room had a fridge, cooker, all the main English TV stations and ample storage space and lighting. However no crockery or cutlery in kitchen. Nice bathroom, powerful shower which unfortunately left water on floor of bathroom. There was some building maintenance taking place and was quite noisy. A few very minor room maintenance niggles ie reading light above bed not working and wardbrobe door magnet not holding door shut. Overall a very nice and affordable base from which to explore Costa Teguise. I visited in early February so it would probably be much livelier in peak season."

"I loved everything about the whole complex. The food was excellent with a wide range of choices. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful. My room was perfect in every way and the complex itself was always spotlessly clean and the pools were at a lovely temperature. Also very handy for the local shops, bars and the beach which were all just a 2 minute walk away. Will definitely be booking to stay here again in the near future 😉😉"
