L'hôtel est basic avec peu d'équipements mais avec une équipe formidable qui est arrangeante et au petit soin avec ses clients. Il serait bien de mettre à la disposition de la clientèle, un micro-onde ainsi q'une bouilloire qui changerait leurs conditions sur place. Le café et le thé sont servis le matin en quantité...

"When I arrived, I was told that they didn’t have space for me, and then they just expected that I would leave. I then spent about three hours on the phone with Expedia to find me a replacement room. Needless to say, I didn’t enjoy my experience dealing with this hotel. "

"We were told that the rooms were 538 sq feet along with 32 in TV , it was about 140 sq feet no TV often no hot water no where to sit other than the bed no table or anything to make you comfortable. Another problem was the name Altea Palace was not on display ,in fact when we asked the local police they had never heard the name and sent us a number of miles away"
