"I have to be honest, at first I was sad cause the property it’s older, the rooms, the common areas, they just got bought and the entire property it’s being renovated. The second day I was in love….. the people that work there were so friendly, polite and willing to help with whatever. We got to made friends with some of the staff too, recommended us the best restaurants in town, Bucerias and PV and I’m not taking about fancy upscale places I’m talking in town local food. The best food! Restaurant inside the resort are not that great food in not that season, but they do have to cater for a lot of different people coming from around the world so that’s understandable. The Wi-Fi is not the greatest but again it is a lot of people using it at the same time. The hotel is in the best area you can walk anywhere it is a safe area. We never had an issue and we were walking in town until 10/11 PM. "

Only gripes: They govern the AC to 18 degrees and it didnt allow for it to get cool enough for me to sleep at night. Second, my gf came to the pool with me and they said only guests could stay past 6pm - the pool was empty and we where plenty of loungers - seemed silly to make her get out of the water at 6. "
