The female employee at the front desk told me I had to wait until 3pm to check in which I had already knew I just needed to ask some questions about parking rates and the deposit. She literally responded said I could give you more information at 3 when you check in otherwise you have to wait for me to check all the other people in ahead of you. That was very rude I just walked away. Then one night I came back they only cleaned half the room , took the dirty towels and didn’t replace them I had to find someone and ask for towel. I asked for a second key card as my reservation was for 2 people. They didn’t think it was necessary is what the guy told me. The elevator worked when it wanted you have to scan your card me and other people riding in the elevator got stuck on the 3rd floor cause it wouldn’t let us click a floor we each kept scanning our keys. The other elevator didn’t do that you didn’t even have to scan the key. Checking out I asked for a receipt and the guy said it’ll be emailed to you. Why can’t I have a paper copy? When I went to leave the parking lot because I didn’t have a card anymore I told the man I was checking out he questioned was I coming back. Like sir I just said I’m leaving I gave the key back to the building please open the gate. Overall it was just always something it seemed like.

I liked the location and the amenities, the staff service was great. In the hallways there is a weed odor, but inside the rooms the odor is not perceived. Housekeeping is ok, they changed bed sheets, but using a broom to clean the floors doesn't hurt.

The hotel is simple - you get what you pay for - but perfect for our needs, a clean and comfortable bed for one night stay near the airport. Plus the advantage of free airport shuttle. There are also a few places to eat across the street. There's a bit of noise from the street but considering how busy the street looks the noise is not that bad.

The mattress was extremely worn out; i could feel the bedsprings. No soap or any toiletries of any kind. I walked to McDonalds and thought I was going to be killed by one of the people living under the highway bridge. I will not stay here again.
