"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. "I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. "Absolutely phenomenal!! Staff was amazing from the moment we got there until our departure. Definitely plan to stay again. Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu"

"Our stay at Danbi resort was not particularly pleasant. The staff were very friendly and always wanting to help. The common areas were small but very pretty and relaxing. The environment was quiet too. Bed was VERY comfortable! One of the best we’ve stayed on. Unfortunately the rest was not so good. The breakfast was vial; no choices the staff just gave us every possible thing and it tasted terrible. We didn’t want most of it. Consider integrating a menu so people can decide what they want...
