"The place is away from the hustle bustle, very quiet and serene, relaxing with well planned out lay out. Just make sure you have good Wifi connections since the airport in Panglao is spotty. Even after using a local phone, couldn't connect to the hotel. But once we got checked in, everthing went well. The owner was apologetic. The place is well maintained, clean ,spotless, good hot showers and AC. Service is prompt, mini restaurant food was good, you can eat at your patio or at the dining area....

"For a low budget hotel in the Philippines, it was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, The hotel provides free shuttle service to alona Beach which is 13 minutes away, on most nights, So you can access the restaurants and entertainment. "Small quiet place not so far from the beach and restaurants. First we booked for 3 nights and end staying 7 nights in total cause the tranquility of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. Why going to the other resorts to pay exorbitant prices for just being in the Philippines to contribute to the big corporations. I just prefer to help the local people in this way. "

"We think he hotel is newly renovated and still not ready yet for occupancy . There was a clean water leak in the toilet reservoir or water tank that posed a danger for slip and fall and from the time we came to the time we left was not fixed due to maintainance guy not being available. An exposed wire by the door about 4 ft long was showing (slip and fall hazard again). No mirror in bathroom for shaving. Beach access fenced off and not available. No sand but appears like the beach is muddy....

"Entering the road to the Best Western was a little sketchy but once you are there you understand the location is right on the beach. very nice the staff was great and very accommodating. The food was very good (Best Hummus ever) and it ws very clean a very good overall vibe. the only issue we had were the showers had pulsing pressure and would turn off when the pressure reduced. but it was manageable. I would return to this property. "

"I liked that the property was only a short ride to Alona beach. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice kitchen. The pool is open 24 hrs and only shared with 4 other units. The place is quiet and just off the main road. Very close to the airport, beaches and other attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. They can arrange tours scooter rentals and rides.
