"Really enjoyed staying here so much that we have booked again for November and February. The rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable. The staff in the pub are so friendly it was a pleasure to sit and chat with them whilst having a drink. The housekeepers are especially polite and happy to help with anything you may need. "Just returned from an overnight stay at the Lucena with my partner and toddler. Arrived early and asked if we could leave our cases but we were able to check in straight away. We had room number 3 which was a double bed and bunk bed room. We had more than enough room for us all. The beds were really comfy which was definitely needed after countless walks up and down to see the illuminations and the kettle in the room was very welcomed. Hotel was in a great location and close to the attractions...

"From arrival to depature me and my boyfriend went down for two nights, the owners are a lovely couple who run it and are very pleasant, friendly and chatty. They have an onsite bar they open from 6pm until decide to go to bed. They get involved in the conversations and make you feel at home. The rooms are perfect, clean and comfortable, the location is ideal for the Main Street, everything is within 5-15 minute walking distance and taxis only cost about £5 if you don’t want to walk. Can’t wait...
