However, we were not pleased that the electricity went out on the second night, leaving us in total dark and cold with no air conditioning, etc. The staff were not well trained to apologize in this situation but just remained silent. "A delightful boutique hotel right in the heart of the old city. The road to the hotel is pedestrianised with cobble stones, but the hotel sent a member of staff with a flatbed trolley to collect our luggage from the taxi drop-off point to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable with good facilities and the little courtyard area is delightful."
