Friday afternoon/evening in the reception area very busy with an event that had been rearranged from the previous weekend. Restaurant very busy, but calm and very competent service. Friday evening noise in the corridor where our room was situated, was bordering on the extreme, Saturday evening, the complete opposite. Restaurant food good value and reasonable menu. "This is a great location - walking distance to City Centre. We were there in mid-January when there were no other guests, but Seamus communicated with us in advance so we knew how to reach him when we arrived and he was very friendly and helpful.
