"It's really nice and spacious apartment in central Madrid. Very close to shopping area (Gran Via) and also local Mercado San Anton. The entire stay was great, apartment is equipped with smart TV and full kitchen. Check in/out is also easy. The only downside and making this place earned 4 out of 5 stars only is the sofabed. It is probably old, and when you unfold the mattress, it sags or has a noticeable dent, making it uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on."

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Boutike Cibeles. The location was perfect for walking to see Retiro Park, the Prado museum, and the San Miguel market. There are also plenty of restaurants near the hotel as well. The master suite was large and spacious and having a kitchen with a washer was also very helpful. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. "We spent Christmas at the property with 3 little kids. It was very fun. All the mayor city sites are close, two city playgrounds are at least 5-10 minutes away(walking). The front desk was very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is wonderful our kids loved it too! "
