"Secure walk-up nearby to the park, restaurants, and shopping locations. Close to bus and subway routes. Window was slightly ajar and couldn't be fully closed, but in-room heating worked well. "

"Not the place issue, but there was construction next door so it was noisy during the day. But if you are there to be a tourist, it doesn’t affect you too much as you are not there during the day. Family of 4 (2 teenagers), so good to have the separate rooms for everyone to have personal space. Easy to navigate to public transport.. "

"We did a two night stay in a queen bed apartment and both loved it!! We had a living room, kitchen with toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge!! Everything was really great!! The check in process was quick and simple! The hotel also had an area for you to make your own complimentary tea, coffee, or hot chocolate and their gym was nice too. I’ll definitely stay here again!!"

"I will only stay at One Dutch when I visit FiDi from now on. Ive been to many oher hotels in FiDi and this is the best for the size and comfort of the room. My room at One Dutch was about 3x the size of a normal NYC hotel room plus extremely clean and modern. If you are needing a hotel for a longer stay in FiDi, this is the one you want."

"A wonderful place for singles or couples. Not a great place for families because the rooms are small due to the premium location. However the hotel is excellent if you're going alone or just with another friend. I can't recommend it enough. The rooms are small but that's because of the lower price for the absolute top tier area it's in"

"I was told that I would receive water...there was none..online shows that there is kitchenette..it was not a full kitchen no cutting knife etc. There was wifi but it a the basic..no access to streaming cites. Great furniture and setting."

"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

"The hotel's unique art deco design, was very welcoming and comfortable. Close to all ammenties, Times Square and all the theaters for our 3 Broadway shows. Staff was friendly and didn’t mind at all when asked to show my room card before gettimg on the elevator. "

"Leaning into the art Deco theme. A little dark which may hide the fact that carpeting and walls throughout are outdated in the hallways and the room. The room was fairly dark when with all lights and lamps on making it hard to work in the room but I moved around some lamps to make it better. If you don't care about reading or work then you are set. The shade was lopsided but still able to get the shades down all the way. Blackout curtains. The bed itself is comfortable. People complained about the heater or AC being super loud but it felt like a sound machine to me and gladly drowned out exterior noises. The rooms are functional and I was able to get good rest there. The location really was the draw. This was perfect for my budget! To where I extended my stay. "

"I am already planning my next trip to NY and plan to stay here again. Beds were very comfortable. Found the room had loads of "well thats cool!" features; dimmers, extra plugs, the shades! Room was clean. Felt small at first, but we managed with 3 of us. Bathroom was AMAZING. Clean and large, water was HOT!! You can crack the window and hear all of Times Square, close it and its absolutely silent. Security was absolutely amazing. All staff was kind, helpful, and had amazing suggestions. Parking was super convenient with Valet. No in/out capabilities though. Which isnt even a problem with how convenient this place is to SO many things. We walked to Lion King and Radio City Music Hall in just a few minutes. New york bagels, coffee, pizza, all within steps of the door! So many positives."
