"Had an overall great stay! Very clean and nice staff. The only thing that’s negative worth mentioning was that it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower and the tub. And after the hot water was running in the tub there was no way to get the cold water running. Except for this, a comfy bed and nice breakfast made this a nice stop along the way. "

Normally I would never consider a B&B as I like the independence of a top class hotel but Stephanie and Adrian quickly made me feel totally at home. "Staff were welcoming, professional & helpful. Spa and bar lovely. All made for a very relaxing stay. Room comfortable if a little warm. Evening meal was good although perplexed that steak served with either potato or vegetables unless you took one as a side dish. Breakfast very enjoyable had full Scottish one day then haddock the next. Will definitely go back."

"An absolute gem of a pub and experience from start to finish was the best we had in Scotland for sure. Property has a lot of history and it was exactly what I had pictured in my mind of a country Scottish inn. Fynes Ales a short drive away and was also brilliant. Best dinner we had in Scotland as well and you could tell all the staff care a lot about their inn and the people who visit. "
