"Very comfortable hotel with lovely grounds and large pool. Specious rooms, excellent shower, quiet and very clean. Great food in the hotel restaurants. A very enjoyable 4-day stay. Note that the hotel is not centrally located, so it's a taxi ride into town, but it's quiet for that reason. "

"Enjoyed our stay here. Obviously the hotel is American in style, it did seem a little dated but the rooms were good, clean and with an excellent view. Check in was slow with a queue but staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed relaxing there, the pool food service was excellent though the towel service was poor and unfriendly. Signposting and information in the hotel seems to be lacking, we had to ask for the Club lounge and hunt down various other areas, we could not find restaurant menus online and the concierge could not offer us any when we were trying to decide where to eat. I am happy to give this hotel full marks as it is good and we enjoyed our time here but I do feel that some aspects would benefit from attention."

"Fantastic option if you are staying in Santiago. The area around the hotel is extremely safe and there’s many restaurants you could walk to. The rooftop pool and sunning area is really fantastic. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful. They have free parking in the basement. Highly recommended hotel if you’re coming to Santiago. The price is right as well. "

"Standard well run American chain hotel. The view from the restaurant and deck area is very beautiful. The resturant is fine and reasonably oriced. The breakfast is the best we have had on our trip so far.My only complaint relates to glassware in the room. The housekeeping did not take the used glasses and replace them with clean glasses until I called reception to ask. "
