"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "

"The property was very good Excellent location Parking was good Quiet location All that was good The only thing I can say Some of the employees of the front desk They need to improve the attention to the clients Some of them they’re in no mood I can’t say names cuz I don’t remembered it but I usually going I little often here Probably this is my fifth time here and some are very good attention and some other things perfect they tell you everything about the hotel amenities things like that and some other they just give you the key and don’t tell you anything about it Simple as that , they need to improve that I’m a client at least they need to change the attention with the others Next time I’m going I hope they treat me different "
