There was no one working at the hotel. Doors were locked and you had to have a cold to get in. Neither Expedia or the hotel gave me a cold. I did not stay because I couldn’t get in and had to go to another hotel. I will be filing a claim to be reimbursed, absolutely terrible experience, considering being in a foreign country where I did not speak the language plus I have poor visibility/poor vision.
