Our stay was lovely. Everything was clean and at a high standard. The location was very convenient and close by to key locations in Lisbon. I would strongly recommend staying here.

We would highly recommend this hotel for so many reasons. Staff very friendly. Very clean. My hairdryer in the room broke and someone came immediately with a replacement. Toiletries all provided. Towels in the bathroom were slightly “tired” but this did not spoil our stay. Breakfast was excellent. They provided freshly cooked eggs to your liking along with scrambled and boiled at the buffet and a wide selection of continental pastries, Portuguese tart, fruits, breads, meats, cheese, salad, salmon etc. the service was also good at breakfast. The beds were really comfy and although the hotel is on a “main-ish” road we didn’t hear a thing. The room temperature was easily controlled and we slept like logs! Thank you Eurostars! Amazing price for the standard. We loved it.

This hotel was amazing! The location is terrific if you want to walk to the beach and also be close the the city center. The staff is excellent. Carlota was most helpful in setting up a tour for us with little notice. Her pleasant and welcoming demeanor paved the way for a great Lisbon experience. The room was large with a reclining sofa, a luxury without a high price. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with choices for every dietary need.

The manager and Carlota at the front desk were fabulous! They are super attentive and always willing to help! I highly recommend this hotel. It is super clean and close to popular places to visit and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent staff and location!

Modern, clean property close to everything. Only comment is to know that the trolley runs down the street so avoid a room facing front if the periodic passing noise will bother you. I didn’t have a problem but light sleepers might!

Great hotel easily accessible to all major tourist
Super clean, updated hotel. Room was comfortably sized and well planned to make use of all available space. Nicely decorated. The bathroom was especially nice. Obviously updated. Great hair dryer. Shelf available in the shower for personal toiletries. Nice products provided by the hotel. Surprisingly quiet despite being along the trolley track. Really liked the newly carpeted hallways that really muffled sound.

Hotel was small but new and very clean. No small/coffee table in the room. Poorly stocked minibar no baggage drop area no parking hotel bar and restaurant closed except for breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Pro: Great location and a very pleasant staff to help with accommodations. Con’s: There were limited supplies in the hotel room, the soap ran out and wasn’t replenished. Two guest were staying in one room and there was only one complimentary tooth brush amongst other supplies when we arrived.The towels that were provided felt old and stale, and due to the location the train can be felt in the room every time the train passes it’s a bit disturbing early in the morning if you are a light sleeper.
