"Based on what I paid which was close to $150 a night I would have expected more modern room and a better breakfast buffet but otherwise the place was clean with friendly staff and located right on the beach. The step over from the tub shower to the floor is non-standard height (higher than normal) so be prepared if you have shorter legs or mobility issues. "

The restaurant within the hotel serves good Thai food at ridiculously low prices, and the tables are directly on the beach (your feet in the sand, under the trees). I booked a private 2 bedroom suite with private pool and they put me in a garden suite.... thank God I was traveling solo only for 1 night and not a week+ with my wife. It would have ruined the entire trip flying 20 hours from Canada for this experience, and that would have been a total failure. Still a severe let down for me personally and my travel partner. "We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back.
