"Lovely staff and restaurant. Food and service in the restaurant was fabulous. The leisure area was lovely although half the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The walkways at night from the spa area need to be lit up as it was quite dangerous. Room was comfortable. Some shared areas look like they need refurbishment. "

"Great breakfast, hotel is close to a major road, so we had road noise (fine with windows closed but needed them open as in a heatwave) Staff helpful, the only downside being that no food available on site except for breakfast. Plenty of other options available nearby. "

"Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. "Our stay was fabulous. The food is 12/10 We had our dog with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house. Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time "

Excellent B & B, lovely Hosts!

"Lovely B&B, hosts Rob and Melissa were awesome!, friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed, and spacious. There was a fridge in the room with milk, and bottled water, and also a couple of cakes - a nice touch! We were only staying one night, but would happily visit again for a longer stay!"
