"The resort is beautiful! It was perfect for our honeymoon. They were so accommodating and always ensured we were having a pleasant stay! We had a slight drainage issue in our shower - they immediately investigated the issue. Laura the manager was so lovely. She personally came to apologise. The hotel couldn’t do enough! We would definitely recommend this hotel. The customer service is second to none :)"

"BEST hotel I stayed at during my whole trip to Bali and near by islands. The room was beautiful and the entire location is perfect with 2 pools as well as beach access. The staff is so kind, attentive and helpful. They go out of their way to be helpful and even help you book other activities. Would absolutely stay here again. Ivan and Ruly especially were so helpful in the office and we even extended our stay with them."
