"My visit to the property is the worse thing that happened to me in 2024, a very sad experiences that i ended up booking another apartment after staying in front of the apartment for over four hours without anyone or anybody letting me despite booking my reservations about two months before my arrival. "Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"...

"Stayed here the night before a flight home after a European vacation. Was a quiet night and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently attached to the airport which was great. We were able to check our bags in with our airline and then return for breakfast at the hotel. Highly recommend. "

"I’d stayed here before. This time it was for the athletics in Stratford. As usual, I was shown to a table for breakfast. All the staff were very polite and they put out a tray with glasses and two jugs of water onto a table, as one of the days was very hot. The SL4 bus goes past the hotel to Canary Wharf. So, I was able to get it, though the TfL (Transport for London) had closed the DLR line to Stratford which made it a bit awkward for me. "
