Nice property. Nice rooms, good location, great bar and restaurant. The young lady who checked us in was particularly helpful but everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Best hotel I've stayed in, in Lincoln so far and there has been many.

We have been to Lincoln many times and always stay at the Doubletree, but we feel that the property needs a good refit. The sink and toilet in our bathroom both had cracks in them and the curtains needed hanging back on the rail properly. The food in the restaurant at breakfast, although a good selection, was not very hot. The staff were all very nice and the hotel is in a lovely location but I do not think we will be back.

On arrival the staff were very helpful and efficient. Our room was more than expected as we were given an upgrade. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good also the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Great location, the design of the hotel means you won’t get a river view without paying the big bucks. We had a family room which was a good size. The bed was massive with good pillows. We found the mattress too firm. Our 14 year old son (man size) has become used to being offered an inadequate pull out bed with paper thin mattress. This is common wherever we stay unfortunately for kids. The room and bathroom were very clean with a good quality shower. It had a broken fixture on the wall. But helpful staff when we asked for a fan. The room temperature was controlled in the room but we like a fan. The room was also very quiet. The breakfast was a good buffet with fresh fruit and pastries aswell as a cooked selection. Nice view from the 5th floor restaurant. Overall a pleasant stay.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was so much noise from the 4th floor it was like constantly moving furniture. This was at 22:00. I called reception and they said there was a function on till midnight. No apology. Horrendous night. The pillows were really flat without any other options. Not like Premiere Inn
