"Great and classy hotel. Convenient and MRT station is within walking distance. The two single beds seem a bit crowded for 3 of us staying as a family with a young child though. Would be great if two double beds can be offered instead. Surrounding area didn’t have much to eat and shop around. "

"Always love this hotel. Chic design with comfort in mind. Memory foam pillows provided, spacious rooms, Japanese bidet, and high-end bath products. Great coffee in the cafe on 2nd floor. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Subway is right next to the hotel. Will definitely come back"

"Convenient location. Spacious room. Large television with lots of channels. Very Comfortable bed. Room only cleaned once in four nights. No coffee in room. Too few coat hangers. I would stay there again."

"Very accommodating staff - requested non carpet room and they have obliged the following times I’ve asked for it. However the non carpeted rooms are only on the fourth floor. Wish they would also bring back the breakfast - it was good when it lasted. Very convenient location however the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors quite clearly. "

"We had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is a little off the beaten track, but easy enough to find. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the MRT station. The service at the front desk was outstanding, friendly and efficient. The room we booked was very comfortable but also very very small. The bed is comfortable, and the room is very well-maintained. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, plus a great shower and bidet toilet. I would certainly return again. "

"Like: Great location near MRT station (red line). Friendly and responsive staff. Room is larger than expected. Modern bathroom with separate shower / wet area. Free snacks and drinks at communal dining room. Convenient (and free) self-service laundry onsite. Cons: not many. Walls are a bit thin so you could hear neighbors if they're being loud. Elevators can get very busy if you're on a higher floor or have luggage."

"This is precious landmark hotel in Taipei just like a palace. The building is beautiful and magnificent. The room is quiet and comfortable. Bathroom has tub and separated shower room. If you do not have rental car, in order to go around in the city, you have to take hotel shuttle to go subway station. The shuttle runs daily every 20 minutes. I paid $25 for breakfast, food has good varieties, but taste is average."
