Firstly they hacked their booking system and my personal information were stolen. Then our room was dirty (hair in the shower, spot on the linen, bin with someone else rubbish). The showers were so unclean, we left our bags at reception and then staff member was missing for 30 minutes, nearly caused us to miss our train to Paris.
