"Generally pretty good. Cleaning could be a bit better in the common areas. Walks and lists in our room was dirty and damaged but nothing that caused an issue. We regretted not getting the breakfast as part of the room as we didn't find that many restaurants in Liége that provided a breakfast option similarly to what the hotel manged daily. The people working there was friendly and helpful tough we did receive contradicting information regarding payment for breakfast. "

"The property looked very standard but delivered a remarkably non-standard experience. The rooms and common areas were clean, fresh and stylishly modern. We stayed in a family room with a double and a single bed. The beds and linen were great quality and the complimentary (posh) coffee and water were a lovely touch. "Très bien situé pour aller à l'Opéra. Appartement très propre. La documentation des différents appareils ménagers à disposition pourrait être mieux présentée en éliminant les langues dont l'usage est improbable et en s'assurant que celles nécessaires soient présentes (il n'y en a pas en français pour le micro onde) . "Being desabled, having asked for accessibility, when we arrived, we discovered other people in the appart we were to stay in! We were sent to another building And to a third storey hagh appart, no lift! Which obviously had not been refreshed for our stay.Didn'enjoy at all having to climb big steps to reach the appart. "

"Bel hôtel renové, excellent service, juste en face de la gare, 20 minutes à pied du Vieux Liège. Épicerie Carrefour express juste à côté, plusieurs restaurants. Seul bémol est si vous arrivez en voiture. Aucun debarquadère et place meme pour arrêter, il faut faire un bout plus loin, se trouver une place et revenir à pied pour l'enregistrement. Le stationnement payant intérieur est à 150 mètres avant d'arriver."

"Very nice welcome by reception staff who was very helpful with everything. Clean yet basic as one would expect. Plenty of stuff to do in there. Maybe not the best stop for a quiet time as it is quite a busy place. Was there with my 2 kids (9&12) and we all loved it."

"The hotel was very spacious , very clean and very comfortable ,however is a nice bit out of the centre. The staff were very helpful and particularly the receptionist in the morning went to a great deal of trouble to get me a taxi which I am very grateful for."

"If you are taking the FlixBus, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The room itself is small and basic, but comfortable. Have hair dryer, towels, and a second pillow in the closet if you need it. Walls are a bit thin, I can hear the tv from my neighbor, but I can still sleep easily. "
