"This was the fourth hotel we stayed in on our trip and clearly the best. Absolutely deserves 4* rating, customer service, breakfast, location and room quality were high. Perfect location between the rail station and the old city. The Aircon was much appreciated."

The real highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff. the reception was outstandingly kind, and incredibly helpful, making check-in and my entire stay smooth and enjoyable."

"We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very big, modern and clean. We didn't visit the spa, which was included, so can't comment on that. We had pasta and drinks in the outdoor cafe which was lovely. We booked the shuttle back to the airport (for a small charge) for the next day, to get our bus to Peschiera. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Although parking is easy and near , you have to be ready to park off premises. The hotel is amazing, we need a large mirror in the rooms. Other than these all is very good and clean and everyone is very friendly "

"This is an older property with an incredible view of Lake Como. The front desk staff were exceptional and super helpful. The room could use a little TLC but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The balcony had the best view of the lake. We spent most of our time on that balcony. There is a delicious pizza place next door. Gated parking for a fee but it was worth it and super convenient. I would definitely stay here again. "
