"Great Checkin clerk service. But, it’s shady looking here. And it’s false advertising bcs it’s not a real deal Oyo hotel at all. And that’s the only reason I wanted to stay here. Bit to my surprise and horror when I started to pull in, I was shocked scared and too tired to go to another hotel. So, I gulped nervously and stayed anyway. Ugh. "The online check in was user friendly and convenient. The lobby smelled freshly cleaned and was welcoming. The room was clean and modern (thank you). "We made a quick, unexpected stop in Richland due to some mechanical issues with our car. The staff was very accommodating with our last minute reservation and very helpful with helping us know where to get resources to get back on the road the next morning! And breakfast was delicious!!"

"We booked this for a one night stay over on drive home to Houston. The check in was smooth and staff very polite and accommodating. We weren’t going to eat the morning breakfast but after seeing it, we had to try it. The cook, Faye, sat by us and we told her we may steal her! The breakfast was amazing! Fluffy eggs, perfectly grilled sausage and potatoes. The waffles were amazing as well. If ever we need fo stop in Jackson again, we would definitely stay again! "
