"Check-in was an awful experince. I pre-paid through expedia and front desk said my card declined. My card is good! I planned this trip and got treated disrespectfully as the lady had expedia on speaker phone max volume. The entire lobby bar area heard the lady repeatedly saying my card declined multiple times. For her to only come & say everything is in order. Yeah i know. I prepaid my room through expedia with receipt for proof. How ugly!"
